i was just wondering how this is possible seeing that it says"in hand".how did they get it so soon?

that IS odd...they probably just mean that they know they're going to GET one. by the time the auction is over they should have one in hand, and if they don't, they can scalp the sale by going in at the last minute with a different account and offering some ungodly amount. it's dumb, but it happens.

Yeah. I just checked it out. It actually say "Will be in hand and ready to ship on August 5th" They don't have it yet.

as long as they are within 30 days of recieving said item, preorder auctions are acceptable.

The seller says the item is in hand, but they won't be shipping it until August 6th (wink). There's four days left in the auction, so I guess the "in hand" statement will be true before the auction is over.

It really disgusts me that people actually go to the shows and buy them 'to order' and try and go over the per person limit. Ugh !

dealers like these bring extra people to the shows just to get more than the allowed limit.
