Value of 1978 Fisher Price Kermit Puppet

I recently acquired an old Kermit the Frog muppet made by Fisher Price inn 1978. It is in great condition, but does not have the box. Could someone please help me out in determining a value for this collectible?

Those go really cheaply on Ebay because they're so ugly.

Value is usually pretty arbitrary. It depends on what someone is willing to pay for it. Searching through completed auctions on eBay will give you an idea of what people are currently willing to pay for something.

For this particular item scratches on the eyes, fuzzy skin, or any signs of wear can lesson the value greatly.
