Hmmm...

Assuming you're using WMP, the only way that I know of is to re-copy the files. If you do this, the licenses will revert to having 10 migrations, and then you'll be free to send the file to just about anyone. I think this will work, but I'm not sure.

I use Roxio's "Audio Central" to rip CDs. It warns me about copying them, but doesn't liscense them. There are literally also hundreds of free and reliable programs you can download from someplace like downloads.com that'll work just as well.

It's an option on WMP, when you rip cd's if you want them protected or not. I don't know how to change the ones you have now, but to stop them being protected in the future:
Click Tools > Options
Click the tab that says Rip Music. Make sure the box that says "Copy Protect Music" is NOT checked.
