I just am sick of seeing my favorite cartoon characters reduced to script doctored shinoligans.
Same and even moreso when the film deviates from the core premise of the very franchise it is supposed to be making a nod towards.

I feel that noone likes the Underdog movie! I am depressed, Saddend!
Well it did make nearly $44M in its domestic ticket sales gross, and I'm certain it will make at least that in DVD sales down the line so I wouldn't be too saddened. I just wish they'd made a different or original concept (as it seems that the makers really wanted to do) than tinker with a beloved established character. I'll see this someday, but on cable. I'm sure the Disney Channel will get some mileage out of it.

Heck, most reviews--even good ones--said it was just something that could've easily been a suped-up Disney Channel presentation and some reviewers said it would've been better if Buddy (the "Air Bud" retriever) was used for the film instead of world-beloved Underdog.
