What was the last episode with Uncle Deadly? Recently I've watched the Vincent Price, Ethel Merman and Edgar Bergan episodes, which feature him. But what was his last episode?

Well, his last appearance was in "Muppets Go To Walt Disney World"

If you only care about what the last episode of The Muppet Show with Uncle Deadley was, then it was the episode with Jean Stapleton.

I think he appears in the Fifth Season as well. Marty Feldman episode in "Girlfriend of the Whirling Dervish" song?

No, he is not in that scene.

Uncle Deadly stopped appearing on The Muppet Show after Season 3. His last appearance on the show was actually in the Loretta Lynn episode, where he appeared in the special opening credits.
