No...I'm pretty sure that he doesn't appear in MTI. Not unless he was far in the background somewhere.

He totally should have been a main pirate though.

He actually is. He's sadly one of the background character.

On the ship? Or is he in the beginning at the pub/inn?

Maybe they thought he was Blind P-whatever, kinda looks like him. A Frackle at the very least.

He's not in it at all. It was temporary vandalism only, which was reverted three minutes later. The same vandal comes by periodically, and is blocked as soon as possible, with an obsession for adding random character or puppeteer names.

Ahh...tsk. Thaks though. I was sure I would have seen, had he been there.

Do you think there even is an intact Uncle Deadly puppet? And who would do his voice these days?

Imagine the ghostly Uncle Deadly vs Sam's Ghost?

Sam: "I am the ghost of Samuel Arrow."
Uncle Deadly: "Welcome to the afterlife my friend..."
Sam: "What? Oh no..."

Of course it wouldn't have fitted in the movie at all...but that's hardly the point.
