So, when are there bloody parts? In the beginning, and at the end battle scenes? I'm really lost here...

After complaints about the cinema version, the BBFC removed all occurances of the word "bloody" to retain the U-certificate on video.

No; "full-screen" means that what you see is the entire image, be it 4:3 or 16:9. If they'd aired the film full-screen, it would be 16:9. It's 4:3 pan/scan.
