The Muppet Central Guides list a Columbia-Tristar (UK HMV Exclusive) DVD release in 2003.
It lists this on the Juliet Prowse, Peter Ustinov, Bruce Forsythe, Vincent Price, Twiggy, Ethel Merman, Steve Martin, Elton John, Julie Andrews, Peter Sellers, PEtula Clark, Bob Hope & John Cleese pages.

Does anyone know morea bout this release? Were there any other episodes included? Any special features?
Also where can it be obtained?

Thanks

John

It's a 4 DVD boxset with 7 episodes on each disc :

DVD 1 : Roger Moore, Lynda Carter, Christopher Reeve, Mark Hamill, Sly Stallone, Peter Sellers & Debbie Harry
DVD 2 : Shirley Bassey, Andy Williams, Steve Martin, Bob Hope, John Cleese, Bruce Forsyth & Danny Kaye
DVD 3 : Brooke Shields, Dudley Moore, Raquel Welch, Peter Ustinov, Vincent Price, Gene Kelly & Elton John
DVD 4 : John Denver, Kenny Rogers, Alice Cooper, Twiggy, Lisa Minelli, Julie Andrews & Glenda Jackson

All of the episodes are uncut except the season one episodes which had the original opening theme replaced with the later opening titles and the Zoot shot is replaced with "Jim Henson Television" instead. The boxset doesn’t have any special features.

You can’t get the boxset from HMV as it's long deleted. Your best bet is the UK eBay.

hope it helps
