UK and US releases of Dog City - Is there anything different between them?

Hi,

I'm about to buy 'Dog City - The Movie', but I'm wondering if there is anything different between the UK and US DVD releases.
On MuppetWiki it says about the UK DVD "Rowlf's introductions have remained intact". Does this mean that they aren't on the US DVD?
