I've seen the original Letter L Song with Ernie and Bert and I believe I saw another one with new puppetry but same recording.

Naturally I prefer the original version, I haven't seen the newer version in a long time but I think it took place inside their apartment, but I don't remember if they used the same recording or not because they didn't do that in the newer version of "Imagination".

They did that for Rubber Duckie, Same Recording of the song but took place in 3 places, Apartment with a bathtub, Plain Blue Bathroom, and Regular Bathroom scenery, I pretty sure the new Letter L sketch has the same recording.
