"...with everything I can "*knock-knock* *boing*"see!"
Anyone remember this short cartoon on SS?

Here's more of it:
(a wind up toy comes walking towards him)
"My mind tells me,this is a toy. It's a wind up little boy
My mind knows how to make him run" *he winds up the toy*
"Boy,this is fun! When he's wound up,good and tight.Put him down and watch him..."
he puts the toy down & nudges it "Um..."
nudges the toy again & the toy bites him"BITE!"
The toy goes toddling away and the animated guy says "I should have given him a wind up sandwich!"

I always thought it was funny!

There were a couple of these made. Another one was:

My mind tells me
This is a square (a square appears)
If I add another (another square)
It's a pair.
Add 4 more (4 squares appear in a stack)
Stack like blocks
I have enough
(Squares form into box) To make a box.
Now I'll use my mind to guide
My hands to find out what's inside.
(Reaches into box) It's soft, and wet, and sticky, too.
And my mind tells me that...It is GLUE?! YUCK!

This sounds familiar. What did the narrating character look like...?

He was just two eyes, a mouth, and two hands, all against a white background.

Yeah, I always wondered where exactly his mind would be located.
