Why is it always Jimmy Fallon? Can't we do someone different for a change? Kimmel? Letterman? Conan? Even Leno?

Matt and David at least did the voices (at least I'm assuming that was Matt's Count). Peter Linz performed Count on the float. Yes, Oscar was in it.
