I don't hold out much hope for him as any posts I've sent have had no reply! lol. Tux Kermit is the last figure I want/need. Does anyone know where I could get him? Thanks

Which one? There was a Tux Kermit released under/by with the Toy Fare Magazine logo/exclusive tag, and there was another one sold with the Toys R' Us logo/exclusive tag.
Have the Toys R' Us one, the cardback's top's bent a little, could sell you that one if you want.
