I think Sesame's Count von Count is supposed to be in New York somewhere, probably in a castle (from the long shots I rememebr seeing as a kid) close to where SS is supposed to be located. Count Dracula is from Transylvania. I never did figure where in relation to the supposed "actual" SS is located in town, but not far since he walks over to the Street.
