I would definitely contact Palisades' customer service department. It's enough of a high priced item to contact them.

Just who would I have to contact at Palisades Toys Customer Service? Already sent a Private Message to Ken, and hopefully he'll know what to do whether glue the appendages back on or see if they could replace the figure. But if you know of someone else who could deal with the problem directly, please let me know and I'll try to contact them quickly. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your suggesstion Luke. Just filled out the form and sent them my request. Ken said that I might try contacting Tony Equi. Do you believe that I should go ahead and send a message to Tony as well? Or do you think that such a move would flood the system with an unnecessary duplicate? Just casting out the lines to see what the best response to fix up Animal once again.

One of my friends and I were playing with the toys, and I turned Animal toward him and moved the mouth and made him talk to my pal Lin. Lin was laughing about it a little.

Then, Lin broke off Animal's leg.

*tries hard not to laugh*

Sorry about your Animal, man.

My Animal's leg came off too. But, it goes right back on. Unfortunately, I had already gotten rid of the packaging by then. (except, of course, the bio)

At first, I didn't think the eyelids would move. They were stuck on mine at first. But, now, everything's workin'!

Count,

If Ken said to contact Tony, it's more than likely Tony is in charge of the customer service emails and he should be the recipient of that form anyhow.

i just purchased my very own Animal Playset and it was a PAIN to carefully remove it from the heavy packaging. in getting the whole thing out and together i broke one of the swing lights...but its ok cause there are five more.

it SITS. and it STAYS very well on top of the television cabinet. im afraid to touch it because it looks so fragile
