In Beaker's first few appearances, his language was mostly yells, gulps, grunts, and screams, and otherwise making it seem like he was too afraid to talk or stuttered so badly that he couldn't say anything past the first sound of what he was saying.

However, in the Peter Sellers episode, he talks the way he is now best known for speaking, talking only in meeps. However, where there any other season two episodes where he talks like this?

I can't remember how he talked in the Bob Hope episode. According to most listings, this episode comes after the Peter Sellers episode, so he should talk the way that we know him to talk. Of course, I don't know if that episode (or at least that sketch) was tapped earlier.
