Here's a list of times where Zoe didn't appear in her tutu since the 2002 era.

1. The skit where Sheryl Crow sings I Soaks Up the Sun she wore a swimsuit.
2. In 4097 where she was going to swimming class but then wore her tutu when she came back.
3. In the Healthy Foods Pageant she wore a potato costume singing about potatoes.
4. When she played the Dormouse in Abby in Wonderland.
5. In the middle of the Guess the Seasons song she and the girls wore swimsuits for the summer part.
6. In 4209 she and the girls wore number 7 queen outfits to give a tribute to 7.
7. The Chasing the Cheese skit.

frankly, i think i liked zoey when she didn't wear the tutu.
