My best educated guess, but I'm not totally positive, would be Cliff Roberts.
He's contributed a lot in the early years, and his design is very clean.
It's definitely not John and Faith Hubley , I can guarantee that.

Thank you! I knew I wasn't dreaming (or crazy for that matter) when I saw this! In the early days of SS this guy would hold up a sign w/the number on of the show on Fridays (so the show would end w/ 5 or 0 ...don't ask me how I remember this)

I remember for the first few seasons this occurred. The one I remember the most was a bird pecking "Sesame Street" into a tree.

There was one w/a red balloon blowing up & the words Sesame Street on them (Maybe I have a weird memory? ) :embarrassed:
