Remember a live action skit about kids saying they can do all this stuff because they were five years old?

At one point, they said "we can tie our shoes because we are five." It really ticked me off... I didn't learn how to tie them until I was 6 or 7 (I'm a late bloomer, what can I say?), and even then, I wasn't good at it until I was 8.

I can only hope this skit was pulled because it pressured kids to rush how to learn things because they are simply five.... :boo:

Don't think I've seen that skit.
I can't tell you how long I was wearing shoes w/ velcro... because I can't remember. Been too long ago. Anyway, I still don't like tying my shoes. I wear sandals all the time, or just keep the laces rully loose.

And I can't ride a bike, either!
