I guess you could call it an Anything Puppet. Since I'm not really trying to copy what they did. I just want a puppet with changeable features. So I'm not locked in with one look and/or I can get more than one character out of the one puppet.
This will be my first attempt at making a puppet. I'm assuming that making the blank will be a lot like making other puppets (which I think I've seen a lot about in other threads and I know by far that this won't be the eaisest step), but I was wondering if velcro sticks well to Antron fleece or did they use something different with the AM's and Whatnots?
Of course I would probably test the velcro on it before doing any sewing. But since I haven't bought anything. I thought I would check around first before I might buy the wrong stuff.
I am planning on getting the Roly Pattern from Project Puppet's Simple Series (as soon as I rake up enough money). Fat Blue was my inspiration for this puppet, but I don't plan on making Fat Blue. I'm not even sure what color I'm going to use yet. I just know that I plan to make one with a bit of an oversized head, but not one that I would necessarily call fat.
