I'm with ya on that one. FOr me, it would be,
"Kermit, how come you didn't put a ring on that yet? You know you love her, and she loves you, MARRY THAT GIRL!!

That's what Kermit has said in interviews. He doesn't think interspieces can legally get married. He also said him and Piggy would probably have to adopt since he's not sure they can have kids legally. And I am dead serious he really said this in interviews during promotion of the film.
