Did you notice all the muppets are puppets then theres Sweetums.
Sweetums is the only Muppet who's a guy in a costume.

Opps...........I forgot Big Bird, him too.

Well there the only muppet who's a person in a costume.

That's not true. TMS had several other 'Full Body' Muppet monsters, what are: Thog, Beautiful Day Monster, Doglion, and of course the irrespressible Big Mama (who incidentally also popped up in an episode of The Ghost Of Faffner Hall)

And since you mentioned Big Bird, don't forget Bruno, Snuffy, Ms. Finch...there's also the Carrot in the Gilda Radner episode, the spider from Raquel Welch, the lion in Sylvester Stallone's episode.

There's been a TON of them.

Theres heaps! Sweetums and Big bird are probably the most well known ones though. Where does the line end between a puppet and a costume, its hard to tell!

Hmmm, good question.
One way of defining them might be to consider which ones were operated by the puppeteers themselves, and which ones were costumes worn by hired in dancers?

That would mean that Snuffy, Beautiful Day Monster, Doglion, and, Thog, and, Big Mama all count as Puppets. But The Giant Spider, and The Mutations wouldn't. However, it would also mean that Fletcher (whom we haven't yet mentioned) wouldn't count either, and I'm not sure about Betsey Bird (who also hasn't been mentioned so far).
