There's A UFO Toward Ya

Do you remember this strange and scary SS skit I saw yesterday?

It was on tape and it went like this:

The scene is outer space and the voice off-screen says, "There's an identical shape toward ya!" Then any blue shape appears and the voice tells the kid's voice to count the sides of any shape, so the kid's voice counts the sides, and then the voice says, "What shape is that?" and the kid's voice says, "It's a rectangle!" Afterwards, we hear a very loud and rather scary "YAAAAAYYY!!!" from the voice and I think the sides of any shape are going to come through the TV screen and would get me and as the blue shape begins to disappear so quick, and that's the end of this sketch. Imagine this in 3-D.

I know this. It appears on one Sesame Street Unpaved episode, except the shape is a pentagon.

I'm sure this is old hat knowledge to most people. Just the same, the voiceover for that UFO bit was Northern Calloway, aka. "David": also the voice for the jazzy Muppet who visualized shapes.

-"Do you know what a square is?"
-"I know WHO a square is. LOL!!!!!"

(The scene is outer space.)

VOICE#1: "There's an identical shape toward ya!"

(A blue rectangle appears.)

VOICE#1: "Can you tell me how many sides of this identical shape are?"

KID'S VOICE: (Counts the sides) "One, two, three, four."

VOICE#1: "What's that?"

KID'S VOICE: "It's a rectangle!"

VOICE#1: "YAAAAAAAYYYYYY!!!!!"

(After that, the sides of the rectangle begin to fly toward the screen and the rectangle suddenly disappears.)
