That's how most Americans pronounce it.

Canadians, on the other hand, tend to say SORE-EE.

I've had to re-teach myself how to say water.

Cause in North-East Philly where I lived it was "Wood-er"

And I've had to translate it for a number of people who couldn't understand what I was saying....

Weird thing about me is that sometimes I'll end up speaking in a BAD Southern accent......it's only weird cause I'm from Ohio lol.

You must be from that same spot in Ohio that Klinger's ex-wife Laverne was from, because she had an unusually heavy southern accent on the radio when she and Klinger got married.

I'm pretty sure I have a strong Chinese accent.
