I swear that older 2D games are harder if next to impossible compared to todays 3D games.

8 bit Nintendo. Super Mario Bros, Wild Gunman, Duck Hunt, Legend of Zelda, Excite Bike, Metroid......

I could go on......

Simple graphics compared to today's games, but really fun to play.

Poor Luigi. He has no confidence in this game. Even his victory line sounds on the unsure of himself side :concern:
It like there just out to make fun of him now says or somwthing.

Beuty and the Beast for Genesis was insanely hard. I gave up on that game and I returned it after spending a few hours lost in the forest level

o course we eneded up getting an equally hard game, Ecco 2.
I agree that Ecco is a hard game. I've played Beauty And the Beast before and that is too. But have you played Aladdin for Saga Geneses before? That is a really fun game and so it the Super Nintendo version.

You not the only one. I've notic3d that they are muhc harder too!

They did make it harder, it's not just you .
Good! I'm glad I'm not crazy than!

Duck Hunt

I love Duck hunt and could play that forever! I also love that Zelda series and Metroid as well!

Has anyone played mario strikers charged? I haven't and I was just wondering if the game stands up to the artwork :smirk:

The art is pretty stellar. I heard mixed things about. people either think its terrible, great, or decent.

Yeah! from the few minuites I got to play it it was a fun game. I would play it at my dentist's office. They had some kind of sega thing that you could pick from a bunch of games to play.

and speaking of ecco, I have never tried the first one, but we had the second one and we couldntg et past the Tube of Medusa level. See...I actually remember the name of the level. Thats how bad that game still haunts me...that giant brown scary jellyfish

If you say so :coy:

Me too, but that darn laughing-at-your-failures dog often irritated me.
I love that Dog! He never failed to amuse me!

I actually haven't played he first one in a long time, but I remember it was pretty hard.

I forgot witch Mario RPG it was, but the one for DS I think where everybody in the game had no idea who Luigi even was due to him being in a lack of games. :stick_out_tongue:

Same here. Except for three exception. I thought Twilight Princess was fun, Wind Waker and Phantom Hourglass were AWESOME! I got Ocanira and am REALLY early in the game. I haven't even gotten my weapons yet! But something about it is just saying "Blah" to me. The Zelda games' main flaw is repetitiveness. I feel like after two hours I've experienced most of the game, exceept for two of the games listed above.

I LOVE that game! ! ! I still have it, actually, on my old Super Nintendo. Along with the games for The Lion King, The Jungle Book, and a Speedy Gonzales game. But Aladdin is totally my favorite! Probably because I can actually beat it. :stick_out_tongue: Both The Lion King and The Jungle Book are next to impossible for me--I've never beat either. :smirk:

Same. I had to pull an Aladdin and have my Game Genie help me. XD
