Tim Burton is second only to Jim Henson in my book. The man is a brilliantly dark creator who never ceases to inspire me. My favorite film of his is Sleepy Hollow. My fiance and I have even decorated our kitchen in a Tim Burton-theme, with lots of movie posters and little toys of his characters everywhere. He's truly one of my heroes.

I've seen almost all of Tim Burton's movies.I watched 'Mars Attacks!' last week, all too funny.I love how Tim's imagination works.Just like Brian Henson said, about his dad, that Jim Henson had so many worlds in his imagination;I've always been curious to know how many Tim Burton has in his.My personal favorite Tim Burton films are:
  • Pee-Wee's Big Adventure
  • Beetlejuice
  • Nightmare Before Xmas
  • Sleepy Hollow
  • Big Fish
  • Corpse Bride
  • Frankenweenie
  • Batman
  • Edward Scissorhands
  • Mars Attacks!

My favorite director of all time is Spielberg, but Tim Burton is easily in my top three favorite directors (second place goes to Jerry Bruckheimer though lol)

my favorite Burton film of all time (well so far) is Big Fish starring Ewan McGreggor... it's still got the darkness that Burton does so well, but at the same time is lighthearted... a great piece of cinematography
