If you have to start a sentence with "not that I mean to sound harsh", it's probably better to simply not say it.

not that I mean to sound harsh but if it wasn't a song BB wouldn't of said it was a song.
And mind your own business.

yeah i recall that...an animated "O", with a lot of others falling into it and a background chorus singing "oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh"...and the animated O bouncing on top of a hill top, with folk guitars strumming along...then the sequence begins.

but until the lyrics were posted, i couldn't remember anything else about it...except for a black-haired kid climbing a "mountain of Os".

the goat eating soap thing is wicked...a very unusual lyric for a kid's song and i'd doubt such a thing would get past the editors/censors today.

I'll have to watch it again. I didn't remember that the goat ate soap. I do remember that he ate the bowl. I think they just did that because goats have a reputation for eating anything. But, soap would be wicked. I was a little taken aback in one of the Hawaii episodes when Oscar ran to wash his mouth out with soap because he said Aloha.

Anyway, that O song is a real classic.

Besides eating soap, the wicked goat explodes all the O's.

There was something about that O cartoon that really summed up the surreal quality of the Sesame Street's early years, which I think was great. The art and animation seemed to be very similar to the E cartoon about the Queen, the Eagle and the Easter Egg, although the E cartoon was a monologue with soft music in the background.
