The Season 16 Premire

Does anyone remember the Season 16 Preimre? Episode 1966? It started out in the evening hours like just getting dark and Maria and Luis were carrying chairs, one in each hand and told everyone Welcome to Sesame Street and that they were gonna be throwing a party that night and everyone is allowed to stay up just a little late tonight, "even you guys" Maria said as she pointed into the Camera. During the rest of the street story, I remember Herry Monster and Forgetful Jones singing this song, or at least they were going to and every time they began to sing Forgetful Jones would sing the wrong song, and Herry would get mad and say "AWWW FORGETFUL!!!" The Count also did something that I can't remember exactly what. I remember the letter of the day was I because it had We All Live in A Capital I song. Also it had the sketch with Grover demonstrating Heavy and Light with Big Bird on at the end and I believe that this was it's last airing. It had the sketch with Fat Blue and Grover with the Big Cheeseburger. Does anyone else rememeber it?
