She's a blue female Whatnot who always danced with a Whatnot named Herman (first a green one, then a light gray one with a more noticable nose)(She also danced with Bernie the rabbit). It seems a running gag is the fact that she has a hacksaw voice that "carries" and her often having some misfortune because of it, yet oblivious as to why. (though she doesn't scream when dancing with Bernie). Did anyone think her jokes were good? They sort of got old after a while.

I also think her partners were tone-deaf, adding to the humor.
