Remember that song, "Ramalamaramalamadingdong?" from the Star Wars episode of the Muppet Show. There's a humanoid puppet in that song, performed and voiced by Richard, and that's how I see him. As a bright, enthusiastic, heart-felt young guy.

Jim thrived on the believe that there were "Lovers, and dreamers, and you." - I've always seen Jim and Frank as the dreamers, and Richard Hunt as a lover. Sounds strange when I type it, but somehow...it makes sense to me.
I love that song, Beau! Richard sounded so amazing singing it, and you're right. When I looked at that puppet, I saw Richard that way, too. And I adore the way you see Richard as a lover among those two dreamers. I don't think it sounded strange at all... I think it sounds perfect, and I love it.

Great dream, Sara. I was waiting for one of us to have another one some time.

Those are awesome ideas for thesi(?), MBM! Definitely let us know when you get your grade. I'll bet you'll get an A.

Heralde, that's pretty funny. Of course the little techie backstage would have to be named Scooter! Only, I'll bet that crew person wasn't nearly as cute as Scooter is!

That makes three of us who love that song! And for all the reasons Beau and Skye listed, definitely! Plus, the song is quite witty, combining a 1950's staple ("ram a lam a ding dong") with actual rams and lambs!

No, the "lover" thing doesn't sound strange, it makes sense. In the Down in Fraggle Rock documentary, Jim mentions that Richard "has practically grown up around the Muppets." Before he officially joined, when you think about it, he was one of the Muppets' original fans. And then he gets to work for them! I think you can tell, he never stopped just being a fan, he never stopped just enjoying it. Except now he was actually contributing to the magic.

That's so true, heralde. Thinking of it like that, Richard was one of the Muppets' original fans. And then, for him to have his dream come true and to be able to work with them... he was so lucky that his dream could come true, and we, as fans, were so lucky to be able to be entertained by his wonderful talent. He did such an amazing job contributing to that magic.

Oh, and I'm glad you like that song too, heralde! I fell in love with that song instantly, and I was wondering how many other people here liked it!

Yeah, I first heard about the song on the "Your face!" site. I think the person had written a review saying how much she liked his voice. And then a few days later I found that particular Muppet Show DVD at the store. I didn't know the song was in the episode until I starting watching though. I was pleasantly surprised when I realized that was the song I'd read about!

Hay Sara, I hear on the news yesterday that Wal-Mart is ending their Lay-off service for good. They said most chains have already ended it. They say the reason for this is it's become too costly for them.

Lots of posts today, my friends. Wow.

Poor Bo. Good thing he can't crawl back from the MopFam section and reenter our thread. *Double checks last post, eyes widen and then double bolts doors*

Nice dream, Sara. S'awesome. I haven't had any Richard dreams in forever. Have had a bunch about my sophmore hippie, WHO I talked to again today.

And to everyone else, uh, cool.

Me neither; I guess my brain's been overworked. Thank heavens it's Friday.

Once again, I did like Richard and Scooter reading the story of TMTM...and ya know, I can envision Richard reading a book to a group of kids, or maybe telling someone a bedtime story. He seems to have the right voice for it.

That's great that you got to talk to your guy again, MBM. Are sparks flying yet?

Awesome... I still have to listen to sweet Scooter narrating TMTM. Erin, I can imagine Richard reading a story to kids, too. He had a wonderful voice, and he could have made up different voices for all the different characters in the story, and he could put inflection and feeling into it, and added all kinds of different things to the story... really act it out in a way, since he'd be used to doing that kinda thing anyway. I would've loved to hear him read a story to kids. That would've been so adorable.

Oh, and one more thing, MBM... you know how you were wondering if we could surpass the Kiss, Kiss, Hug, Hug Darling topic in number of posts? Well, we sure did... apparently a while ago, actually. We're just that good!

Woo hoo! We passed the Kiss Kiss Hug Hug Darling Topic! This calls for...well we've already used up all the sorbert for our recent 100th post party...hmm...

No, no sparks. Well, maybe. He does seem to pay special attention to my well being, but he might just do that to everyone. Anyway, I've somewhat split my infatuation with him with another hippie. His name is Michael and we accidentally dressed exactly the same today. (Isn't that sad?). Michael's more of a Abbie Hoffman Yippie than a hippie (same thing, except Yippies have more fun and are more rebellious, yet more uninformed sometimes), which is rully more my taste anyway. And he's kind of like Richard, in a way. Ah, teen love.

I've listened to the Scooter thing a little, and it's very cute. Real voices and everything. Thanks for telling us about it.

Aw, geez! I'll have to wait till I can get Season Two then....cause I don't have nearly enough money to actually get it yet. And plus you live near me, so I know what you're saying probably attributes to the stores near us! Just wonderful!

And I LOVED hearing Richard read the story, it was so awesome!!!
