Who was speaking of depressing episodes?
However, since we are now, I always found that the end of 'The Devil's Hand Are Idle Playthings' leaves me feeling depressed, but in a good way (if that makes sense).
And, in the same vein, I've seen people actually complain about the episodes that are emotional. With some of them going so far as to state something along the lines of 'emotions like that don't belong in cartoons'.
