the real brilliance

to me, the real brilliance of the muppet show and all the muppet movies...and what i kinda feel has been lost over the years, is how simple the characters really are.

they tell horrible jokes, and abuse every pun in the book, but they totally CRACK THEMSELVES UP!!!

and i think thats what is most enjoyable about the muppets. watching them laugh at themselves.
