Was the prawn invented for muppets from space or muppets tonight? sorry i dont remember muppets tonight much so i dont know

Actually, on Muppets Tonight, Pepe was usually seen with his sidekick Seymour the Elephant and they were the elevator operators. I guess he started to become his own character either in Muppets from Space or in Long John Silvers commercials.
