Does anyone know on Mr. Rogers in the neighborhood of Make Believe, who that other tiger is? I know of Daniel Tiger who lives in the clock, but this tiger lives right by King Friday's castle in a Pyramid looking thing. I know he was never really on the show very much.

To the best of my knowledge,it was Grampere(French for "grandfather") and he lived there with his granddaughter Collette.It was made to look like a smaller version of the Eiffel Tower

Was he Daniel Tiger's Grandfather? Also does anyone know why out of all the charachters from the neighborhood of make believe, why was this charachter seen the least amount of time?
