Pedal a bike with his hands and wave at passers by with his feet and sing "Billie Jean" but replace 'Jean' with 'Burke.' Oh, and has to be dressed as The Good Witch of the North.

That, or eat 3 black jelly beans at the same time, chewing them for one minute.
