Hm...I don't know whether I should reply to that thread or this one..but I feel like this is a nostalgia thread for mostly 90's-2000's kids.:stick_out_tongue:

Aww, yes I do! I always used to watch those (plus Sesame and Zoboomafoo) every morning before going to school.

Well, now here's something that definitely defined my childhood:
OMG! I totally remember that commercial! The Wiggles were my childhood!

I love this picture as a piece of nostalgia, though the N64 wasn't released in North America or Japan at the time. :stick_out_tongue:

A remembered a few obscure, old kid shows recently and decided to look them up:
I admit this show used to scare me, whenever I slept over at my aunt's house (which had a lot of stairs), I would worry that the bananas would come the stairs and start chasing me. I was at least 5 years old then of course.
The song and title of the show sound like Ned Flanders from The Simpsons wrote it.
The weird thing is, the intro doesn't even tell the viewers what the heck this show's even about.
I remember watching this show for the first time at my friend's house and thinking it was a cute show.

A couple of the classic cartoons franchises that I miss, but are no longer on the airwaves:

King Features TV era Popeye the Sailor Man (from 1960-1961), which featured Brutus, the Sea Hag, and other characters such as Rough House, O.G. Wotasnozzle, King Blozo, and others that had only appeared in the comic strips

Woody Woodpecker / Walter Lantz era cartoons
