Funny you should ask, I've got a new chapter right here! It's a bit of plot mover, sorry if it's boring.
Chapter Twelve:
Rowlf quickly ran through the streets of Hensonville. So quickly in fact that he totally knocked Kermit over.
“Oh gee, I’m so sorry, I didn’t mean to…Kermit?” said Rowlf turning around and finding his friend getting up off the ground.
“I was just coming to look for you!” exclaimed Kermit.
“Well I was just coming to look for you!” said Rowlf.
“You’ve got to go find Wanda!” burst out Kermit at the same time that Rowlf burst out with “I’ve got to go find Wanda!”
“Wait, you want to go find her now? That’s great but what changed your mind?” asked Kermit.
“My overactive mind came to a conclusion that this is the way things were meant to be, I have to let my past go and make a future with the one being who means more to me than anything in this world,” said Rowlf.
“Deep,” said Kermit.
“You’re telling me,” said Rowlf.
“Well what are you waiting for, let’s go get her!” exclaimed Kermit.
They started walking to the boarding house.
“Kermit? Why is it so important to you that I go find her? I know you wanted us to work things out, but what is so urgent that you were out looking for me after Robin’s bedtime?” asked Rowlf.
“Just trust me, go to Wanda ok?” asked Kermit.
“All right, get me on a flight to Minnesota, I know exactly where my bride is hiding,” said Rowlf.

Wanda told her entire story for what felt like the millionth time. This time though, she realized just how crazy and foolish she was.
“I realize now I shouldn’t have ran, I really should have talked to Rowlf about this,” said Wanda.
“Well, in all due fairness my son has quite a bit to explain that he maybe shouldn’t have waited so long to do, but I know he loves you more than I think he’s ever loved anyone else,” said Felicia.
“I don’t know what happened to me, I just got so crazy and jealous of his past and maybe even a little jealous of his daughter,” said Wanda.
“Honey, that’s natural. First of all, you’re a female; second of all, you’re pregnant! Things happen to us when we are making a new life and hormones go all out of wack, it’s nothing that we can control,” said Marie.
“I guess you’re right,” said Wanda.
“If it makes you feel any better this is a lot for me to take in too. I find out I’m going to be a grandmother and in fact, already am a grandmother all in one night. If how I’m feeling is any indication of what you’re going through, I can understand why you might have felt the need to run,” said Felicia.
“Well, running was wrong. I need to go back. I’m getting on the first train, bus or plane back to Hensonville that I can find,” said Wanda.
“Now that’s our girl,” said Marie as Felicia smiled.
After some phone calls they figured out a train bound for Hensonville was leaving in the next hour. Wanda could just sleep through the night and would arrive the next morning.
She said farewell to her mother promising to call if she needed anything and then Felicia took her to the train station.
“Now you tell Rowlf when you see him that I want to talk to him about some of this stuff. But know that I am so happy for the both of you,” said Felicia.
“Don’t worry, I’ll tell him,” said Wanda.
“And you march yourself right to the doctor and make sure everything is healthy with that baby, you hear me?” said Felicia in her motherly way.
“Yes ma’am,” said Wanda laughing a little and giving Felicia a hug.
She boarded the train and swore she felt the baby move again. Could she be further along than she thought?

“Are you sure you don’t want me to go with you?” asked Kermit for what seemed like the thousandth time.
“No, get home and get some sleep. Hopefully I’ll be back late tomorrow with Wanda and everything will be normal. I’ll see you soon,” said Rowlf and went to board the plane.
Kermit cringed when Rowlf said “normal.” If he only knew what he was in store for.

The morning dawned sunny and bright in Hensonville. Wanda arrived and got off the train. She was exhausted having only slept a little as she traveled and anxious to see her husband and make things right.
Almost overnight she popped out a little bit. She was shocked to catch her reflection in the mirror. There was no doubting she was pregnant now.
She hurried to the boarding house and quietly let herself inside. It did not sound as if anyone was awake yet.
She tiptoed to the stairs and set her bags down and then tiptoed to the kitchen wanting to grab a quick glass of water.
Kermit was there reading the paper and didn’t notice her until the fridge slammed shut.
“Wanda!” exclaimed Kermit.
“Kermit! Um, hi,” said Wanda.
“Is Rowlf with you? That was really quick,” said Kermit.
“What do you mean?” asked Wanda.
“Rowlf went to bring you home right?” asked Kermit.
“No, I came home on my own!” exclaimed Wanda.
“Uh-oh,” said Kermit.
Wanda sank into the chair across from him.
