I got my online friend Yellow-Spider-Kitty hooked on those Wilkins and Wontkinz commercials today. What can I say? I love introducing my fellow millennials to Jim Henson's early and more obscure works. Everyone deserves to see the genius of Jim Henson at least once in their lives.

Taking a Harry Potter themed online quiz to determine which Hogwarts house I would belong to. I'm a Hufflepuff, btw.

So comic Con weekend is officially over, and I just want to say this entire weekend there really made me smile. Ran into a friend from college who I haven't seen in over a year, got to see one of my closest friends from high school on Friday, and I also ran into an old hometown friend I haven't seen in a very long time yesterday. Being able to walk around as my favorite Walking Dead villan (Negan) felt awesome, as well as seeing other people dress up as their favorite fictional characters.

And of course, best of all, I got to meet many of my childhood heroes which I will post down below.

So Friday, I got to meet two of my favorite childhood voice actors.

First, I had the honor of meeting Jason Marsden, best known as Max Goof from a Goofy Movie - onward, Chester Mcbadbat in Fairly Odd Parents after he took over for Frankie Munez, Nermal in the 2010 Garfield series, and many more wonderful characters. He had a very outgoing personality and was a great guy to talk to overall. I even told him how much Max was always my favorite character out of all his characters.

Then, shortly after, I had the chance to meet Tara Strong, best known as Timmy Turner in Fairly Odd Parents, Raven in Teen Titans, Ember McLain in Danny Phantom, Dil Pickes in Rugrats and its sequel, All Grown Up, Bubbles in the Powerpuff Girls (and for you bronies, Twilight Sparkles. ). She was a real big sweetheart and had a really great sense of humor. I even joked around with her on how two of her characters (Raven and Ember McLain) were two of my childhood crushes. :stick_out_tongue: on another note, holy ****, there were ALOT of bronies in both lines when I was getting an autograph at her table booth and a photo op later on (but hey, that's to be expected. :stick_out_tongue:

On Saturday, I got to meet Veronica Taylor, best known as the original voice of Ash Ketchum in the English dubs of Pokemon from seasons 1-6. She was super sweet and friendly and I even got to hold a pokeball in my hand when I was getting a picture, which made the moment special. I also brought up how Ash was like an older brother to me when I watched Pokemon as a kid, which she thought was sweet.

Last, but certainly not least, on Sunday, I got to meet Levar Burton, whom I sure most of us know as the host of the long-running series Reading Rainbow (but I also loved him as Geordi Laforge in Star Trek: The Next Generation). He was a very nice guy and we also got to exchange fist bumps. I even mentioned to him how the show really made me learn to appreciate reading books more.

And here are autographs I got from them.

One from Jason (of Max Goof):

Two from Tara (originally because I had a pre-sale ticket that I used to get a painting I found of Ember McLain signed by her, but I also got a Raven one too because Raven has always been my favorite Titan in the show).

(By the way @D'Snowth, I appreciate the heart reaction to this autograph on Facebook. ).

Anyway, one from Veronica of Ash:

And last of all, one from Levar:

Originally I was going to get my Reading Rainbow DVD signed, but I changed my mind after I saw his pictures.

I definitely reccomend it! It's pretty much like a nerd convention if you love dressing up. :stick_out_tongue:

That's awesome! Shame that you didn't get your DVD signed, but cool picture nonetheless.

Why the baseball bat though?
