My new TV remote came in today, and this one fully works.

The last one I got, the seller gave me a refund and let me keep the item (I'm gonna toss it out since the volume buttons don't work).

Most of the time when I order something from an individual or a third party and I need an exchange, they let me keep the defective item or the wrong item, because they say mailing it back would be too much of an expense and hassle for both of us.
