It would seem that I will be coming into $400+ refund from income tax.

Unfortunately, my parents have to pay more like they did last year what with Trump and all.

I usually get a few hundred back from the state. But federal worked out better (not because of Trump) but at my new job I started at the end of ''16, I had the maximum taxes taken out (claim married, 0 dependents).

Not enough to buy a yacht, but pay a lot of bills.
At least I might have enough left over for... ice cream! 8)

My parents renewed our lease today, and because the landlord really likes us and doesn't want to lose us as tenants, we're now locked into a lifetime lease.

Thank God in Heaven above we'll never have to move ever again!
