Ive never heard of this before, can you tell me what its about ?
It's from the long-forgotten sequel album to Free To Be You And Me, released in 1987 under the title Free To Be A Family. Kermit performs on the track with Marlo Thomas and some Muppet voices. Also on that album is a studio version of the Kermit classic "On My Pond."

Free To Be A Family was issued on vinyl (I swear I've seen it), cassette (which I have a dub of) and CD (with different/missing tracks than the cassette) and also exists as a book (which I also have). If it exists as a special, I know not of it. There's something to add to the collectibles page.

Aw, ok Sarah! (btw, nice use of the word 'layman's terms...good to have high literary word users like moi! )

1. I found a fan made trailer that pardodies Star Wars(sort of) on Scott's(Scarecrow) new Muppet fan site. It coincidentally happens to have the very same themes Ive been discussing on MC for awhile(Muppet film to include all Muppets past and present and even Creature Shop...much like what Disney is doing for their 50th feature aniamtion film)

2. But overall I just thought it was a clever take on the whole e'anti-Disney buyout' theme weve discussed on here endlessly.

3. Um, and that other stuff is just forum drama:wink:
