$50 isn't a bad price for tickets . . . but being all the way on the other side of the country, it'd cost a buttload more just on travel and accommodations to even attend this thing.

Also running that weekend in Santa Barbara is the Puppeteers of America Southwest Regional Festival (two different puppet festivals, same city, same weekend). Peter Linz is teaching on camera puppetry and doing a "fireside chat" at the PofA Festival - https://www.eventbrite.com/e/pacific-southwest-puppet-fest-2018-tickets-38828237303
I just realized that I got this slightly wrong...Peter is doing a talk, but he's not teaching the on-camera workshop (Greg Ballora is teaching the workshop).
