I believe he did, but just in the background of one scene with various other Muppets Tonight/90's Muppets, and he didn't have any lines.

I am now second guessing myself. It is completely possible that one or two of the Atrics are within the clump of old Muppet characters, as I don't remember completely.

I haven't seen the episode yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was just the drummer, who has been seen in a few productions in recent years.
