That's the seating as shown in The Muppets (2011). I'm gonna go with something similar to that.

Actually, I might put the set on small stilts, like this Toy Story set.

I don't think there is a folding chair piece is there? If there is I can't remember it, Danny's idea looked plausible and would work really well I think.
