This script didn't have the Moopets. I'm not a big fan of those characters. Aside from Miss Poogy none of them were developed well, their names only appear on a poster and dressing room doors (Miss Poogy's name isn't even spoken on-screen). I don't think it was too neccessary for Miss Piggy to not come right away and then show up shortly after they got their time slot and fight Miss Poogy. I hate the fact that there's the question of whether Miss Poogy is really a woman or a drag queen (which I never suspected until people asked about it).

But there is one thing that works with the Moopets: The fact that they were going to buy the Muppets names from Tex Richman. Without somebody wanting to buy the names, the fact that Tex would have also gained the rights to their names seems to go nowhere.

I read the script.
I think it would be interesting if they later released something like,
"What the Muppets would've been".

It seems that when Walter says "Maybe That's Just How he sounded in my head" was recorded afterwards from this script.
