The muppets and disney together?

is it true that muppets and disney combined? I went to http://www.muppets.com and they said that they had moved.
That is sure weird. When did they join. Does anybody know more information? I would like to know if i am going to try to get fraggl rock back on-air

Yes,also HIT has a fraggle rock dvd out in walmart stores.
