"The Muppet Show" Season 1 DVD?

Saw the following blurb at UltimateDisney.com...anybody know more about this?

May 20, 2005

The Muppets are coming to Disney DVD! Disney will release a 4-disc Special Edition set ($39.99 SRP) of the first season of "The Muppet Show" on August 9th. Previously only available in episode compilations by Time-Life (which are now out-of-print), "The Muppet Show" was the primetime television series where the gang got their start. Launched in the fall of 1976, the weekly variety program was hosted by Kermit the Frog and marked by comedic sketches, music, and a different guest star in each episode. Season One featured appearances by the likes of Sandy Duncan, Peter Ustinov, Florence Henderson, Vincent Price, and Phyllis Diller. The blog Muppet Newsflash has just posted a reasonable list of the set's specs and bonus features, which they attribute to "Disney insiders."
Great news, if it's true...

this was posted today on the digital bits website, along with a photo of the box cover:

"The big DVD news today is that Disney has officially announced the DVD release of The Muppet Show: Season One for 8/9. The long-awaited 4-disc set will include all 24 first season episodes, along with Jim Henson's original pitch reel for the show, a gag reel, the original pilot episode and a feature called Muppet Movies. "
