Seventeen years ago Disney bought the ownership rights to the Muppets and Bear in the Big Blue House. Today, all five seasons of "The Muppet Show" are finally available to stream for the first time ever.
Having "The Muppet Show" on Disney+ is great news for Muppet fans because "The Muppet Show" is available to its biggest audience in decades. As of January 2, 2021, Disney+ has 94.9 million paid subscribers. If enough people watch "The Muppet Show", this could not only lead to new Muppet projects or a release of more classic content but also a potentially new Muppet Show series as well.
Whether you watch one episode for the first time or for the 50th time, be sure to post your thoughts on the episodes in the below discussions.

Please note, one first season episode, Kaye Ballard, and two fifth season episodes, Brooke Shields and Chris Langham, are not currently on DIsney+. It appears the Kaye Ballard omission is an error as the first season shows 24 episodes according to their episode numbers on Disney+. Whereas Brooke Shields' episode is not currently on Disney+ due to music licensing issues, most likely for "We're Off to See the Wizard" from "The Wizard of Oz". Chris Langham's episode is not currently on Disney+ due to his legal issues which led to his incarceration in 2007.

Chris Langham Muppet Show episode missing on Disney+
I can't figure out the real reason as to why the episode of The Muppet Show guest starring Chris Langham is not on Disney+. People think it's due to Langham's bad activity from 2005-2007. However, he was released from prison in November 2007, and he starred in the 2011 movie Black Pond. Also...

Brooke Shields Muppet Show episode missing on Disney+
Did I hear the Brooke Sheilds ep was pretty non-existent on Disney+? If so, thankfully I still have my copy of that one from TimeLife, but I thought I'd ask just to clarify.

Muppet Show Disney+ edits and omissions
Is there anywhere that maybe we can get a list of all the episodes that are edited (and or/banned completely) on Disney+. The reason I'm asking this is I started watching the show from the beginning with my girlfriend and I'm thinking maybe it would be better to watch some eps on the DVD box...

Muppet Show Disney+ disclaimers under criticism while fans thankful for series
For anyone that has not noticed, right-wing media has been going berserk over the content disclaimers for the Disney+ release of The Muppet Show. FOX News did a segment talking with Arkansas senator, Tom Cotton, about the matter where rather than explaining about why they felt these disclaimers...
