the funny thing about Ms. Bitterman, is that at first glance, i totally thought she was this generally sweet lady. Of course she happily dashed that thought to pieces once she's done with the pleasantries of introducing herself. bravo to joan cusack for an outstanding performance!
Of the villains, i believe that she's the first villain to have a preexisting grudge/hatred towards the muppets.
it usually takes the muppets to meddle into their evil plans for the villains to start hating them.
she's also the first of the villains to hold her own against Ms. Piggy. i would've liked to see just who'd win in the showdown of karate prowess had kermit not intervened.

Joan Cussack is a total hero of mine as well. Yet I had no idea that she voiced Jesse in Toy Story 2! I love her in Martian Child and anything where she plays the generic "mom" character and totally makes it her own.

I'd love to see her work with the Muppets again. As a good-guy this time.
