Congraduations on the new YouTube channel.

I don't know if you ever intend to post existing Muppet clips on YouTube, but if you do (and you have the productions) I'd like to request Muppet scenes from Here Come the Puppets (especially the finale), the promo for the 1985 Muppet video compilations that appeared at the end of those videos, and the whole "Sesame Street's All-Star 25th Birthday: Stars and Streets Forever" special. But I understand if you just want to leave it to original video content.
